Billy Murphy

Billy Murphy, age 76 passed away Friday, March 18, 2011 in Avon Park, Florida. He was born in Avon Park, Florida to William L. and Leona (Rimes) Murphy. He was a Mechanic, of the Christian faith and a lifelong resident of Avon Park, Florida. Mr. Murphy is survived by his daughter-Holly Long (Butch) of Leesburg, Florida; sons-William Murphy (Jill) of Avon Park, Florida, Bobby Murphy of Sebring, Florida and Bart Murphy (Jackie) of Sebring, Florida; 6 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Mr. Murphy was preceded in death by his parents, a brother-Harley Murphy and a sister-Eula May Murphy. Memorial services will be held Wednesday, March 23, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. in the Union Congregational Historical Church with Rev. Bill Breylinger officiating.
