Billy Joe Fowler Passed away on May 26, 2018. He was born on July 12, 1958 in Harrisburg, Illinois to Jack J. Fowler and Barbara (Patterson) Fowler. Billy had been a resident of Avon Park Since 2001 coming from Illinois and was employed in the Citrus Industry. He enjoyed collecting coins, watching football with his son, and he loved to read and listen to music. He is survived by his loving partner of over twenty years, Dawn Meyers, his mother, Barbara Fowler, his son, Jesse Fowler, Sister Terri Ann Fowler and five grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his father, Jack J. Fowler.
