Beverly Dee Coleman

Beverly D. Coleman, age 69, of Eastman and Jesup, Georgia, passed away July 8, 2016 in Avon Park, Florida. She was born December 30, 1946 in Eastman, Georgia to C.S. “Red” and Leila “Dude” Giddens Coleman. Beverly grew up in Eastman, Georgia. She graduated from Dodge County High School. She is also a graduate of Armstrong Atlantic University in Savannah, Georgia.Beverly called Jesup, Georgia home for many years, raising her children there. She was an active member of First Baptist Church, Jesup. Beverly is survived by her son William PaulHarrell, lll (Diane), Alpharetta, GA; her daughters Kelly Hall (George), Avon Park, FL and Kim Hice (Mike), Gray, GA; her grandchildren Sarah Higginbotham (Mark), Coleman Hice, and Lindsey Hall; her sisters Bonnie Proctor (Bob), Brenda Hill(Leadford); one nephew and four nieces. Beverly was preceded in death by her parents C.S. “Red” and Leila “Dude” G Coleman. Private family services will be held in Eastman, Georgia. Memorial contributions may be made to Georgia Baptist Children’s Home at gbchfm.org.
