Bessie M. Arthur

age 89, passed away Monday, December 2, 2013 in Avon Park, Florida. Mrs. Arthur was born in Great Barrington, Massachusetts to Arthur and Bessie D. (Christian) Wagner. She was a Waitress and had been a resident of Avon Park since 2010 coming from Franklin, North Carolina. She is survived by her children-Sharon Gresham of Preston, Georgia, Fred Arthur of Leesburg, Florida and Debbie George of Avon Park, Florida: 14 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her sons-George Arthur and Wayne Arthur and daughter-Lori Bush. Memorial services will be held Friday, December 6, 2013 at 5:30 p.m. at the Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home in Avon Park with George Brown officiating.
