Barnard J. Carder "B.J." Age 80, of Sebring, FL, passed away on Thursday, February 7, 2013. He was born on September 9, 1932 in Roanoke, VA to Sam and Edna Lorraine (St. John) Carder. He was a Train Conductor for the Rail Road, member of the Frostproof Church of Christ, served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War, and has been a resident of Sebring, FL since 2002, coming from Tennessee. He is survived by his Wife - Phyllis Carder of Sebring, FL; Daughter - Lisa Carder of Bethlehem, GA; Son - Michael Carder (Michelle) of Aurora, CO; Sister - Jean Bass (Tom) of Rock Hall, MD; Sister-in-law - Thelma Carder of Baltimore, MD; Brother - Samuel Carder (Noread) of Glen Burnie, MD; and Grandchildren - Kara Short (Trent), Emily Pollock, Alissa Pollock, Connor Sparkman, and Jacob Carder. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, February 11, 2013 at 11:30 AM with family receiving friends beginning at 10:30 AM at the Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home.
