Basil James Riello

Basil (Bud) James Riello passed away on 4/4/2025 at age 76.  Originally from Pittsburgh, PA. He was a resident of Sebring, FL for over 20 years. He was a devoted husband for 59 years to his wife Brigitte (Pálffy). They shared an amazing life together. Basil was a graduate of Central Catholic High School, Pittsburgh, PA. He also earned a BA and MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.

He is also survived by his two daughters, Lynette Riello-Cordell (Byron) and Lisa Riello-Jones (Rich). He will be greatly missed by his surviving grandchildren Dylan, Chloe and Haley.
He was an avid sports fan and could quote statistics and other facts regarding sports like no other.

His work in the construction field as an office administrator took him to many countries, Quebec, Canada, Saudi Arabia, Irian Jaya, Indonesia, Singapore, Iraq, and Kuwait.

He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
