Barbara R Trice

Barbara R. Trice, a cherished member of the Sebring, FL community, passed away on March 3, 2025, at the age of 72. Born on October 18, 1952, in Avon Park, FL, she was the beloved daughter of the late Rudolph and Katie Rewis.

A lifelong resident of Sebring, Barbara dedicated her career to serving others as a Financial Representative. Outside of her professional life, she was known for her love of music, often finding joy in singing with her church choir. An avid reader, she delighted in the world of books and found comfort in the written word. Barbara also had a deep passion for cooking, especially when preparing meals for her family, whom she loved dearly.

Barbara's heart was always with her family. She is survived by her devoted husband, Jim Trice; her loving children, Stephanie Wooden, Amanda Young, and Alex Trice, all of Sebring, FL; her sister, Carolyn Dawson (Joe) of Oklahoma; and her beloved aunt, Faye Bryant of Sebring, FL. She also leaves behind eleven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, each of whom brought her immense joy.

Barbara’s warmth, kindness, and dedication to her loved ones will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Her memory will live on in the hearts of those she touched.
