She was born on December 7, 1933, in Bath, Michigan to the late Ivan and Pauline (McCoy) Seeley. She had been a resident of Sebring since 1999 coming from Harrison, Michigan. Barbara loved crossword puzzles, knitting and cross-stitching baby quilts. She is survived her children: Roxann Sheets (Dan) - Sebring, FL; Marvin Penner, Jr. (Elaine) - Lakeland, FL, siblings: JoAnn Travis (Joe) - MI; Lorraine Renfro (Jim) - NC; Louise Thompson (Roy) - MS; Ray Seeley (Joan) - MI, four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
