Barbara Gail Mcgirr

Barbara Gail McGirr, age 68 passed away Tuesday, May 21, 2013 in Tampa, Florida. She was born in Avon Park, Florida to Albert and Maggie Marie (Bozeman) Moree. Mrs. McGirr was a Recycling Technician for Highlands County, a lifelong resident of Highlands County; she enjoyed gardening, cooking and spending time with her family. She is survived by her husband of 20 years-Mike McGirr of Sebring, Florida; children-Connie (Cliff) Gaddis of Lake Placid, Florida, Benny C. Grantham, Jr. of Avon Park, Florida and Pam Lemay of Sebring, Florida; brother-Jack Moree and sister-Alice Rimes; 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Friday, May 24, 2013 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home with funeral services beginning at 12:00 p.m. with Pastor Mike Adams officiating.
