Barbara E. Kavaney, 86, of Sebring, Florida, passed away Saturday, March 23, 2013, in Sebring. She was born October 14, 1926, to Rupert F. and Louise M. (Kreimendahl) Margeson in Springfield, Massachusetts, and had been a resident of Sebring since 1987, coming from Monson, Massachusetts. She was a homemaker; of the Methodist faith and a member of the Eastern Star and the Daughters of the Nile. She loved tennis, yoga, swimming and caring for animals. She is survived by her daughter, Debra (Jack) Malone of Maine and sister, Dorothy Bishoprick of Sebring. Memorial donations may be made in her memory to Good Shepherd Hospice 1110 Hammock Road, Sebring, Florida 33870.
