BARBARA ELIZABETH HUGHES Barbara Elizabeth Hughes, 93, of Sebring, Florida, passed away Thursday, March 10, 2011, in Sebring. She was born November 7, 1917, to Duncan and Minnie (Roberts) Simmons in Key West, Florida, and had been a resident of Sebring since 2007, coming from Hallandale Beach, Florida. She is survived by her daughter, Barbara J. Hughes of Sebring; grandchildren, Leilani Cochran, Duncan Hughes and Amelia McKnight and four great-grandchildren. Interment at Forest Hills Memorial Park in Palm City, Florida, was held Friday, March 11, 2011 at 2:30 p.m., with Rev. Mike Adams officiating.
