AUDREY MARIE DUCHARME Audrey Marie Ducharme, 58, went to be with her Heavenly Father on August 26, 2011 after a nine year battle with Early Onset Alzheimers Disease. She passed away at her home with her family by her side. She was born June 14, 1953 in Westerly, RI and grew up in Auburn, ME where she spent her childhood. She graduated from Edward Little High School in 1971 and continued working in the school system as an aide for students with special needs. Preceding her in death were her parents, Raymond and Carmen Bermudez, her brother, Ray Bermudez and her sister, Juanita Bermudez. Audrey was the dearly beloved wife of Frank Ducharme for 37 years and treasured mother to Kevin Ducharme of Sebring and Kimberly Smith (Jason Smith) of Sebring. Audrey will forever be remembered by her siblings, Rico Bermudez, John Bermudez and Faye Hayes, as well as her grandchildren, Mackenzie Smith and Conner Smith. From a very young age, Audrey loved performing and being on stage. She enjoyed playing the guitar, singing, planning practical jokes and pranks, and helping others. She touched the lives of many people with her infectious laugh, her generosity, and her willingness to do anything for anyone. Audrey maintained her sense of humor and love of pranks until the very end. Friends and family are invited to attend a memorial service on Monday, August 29th at 5:00 pm at Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home, 4001 Sebring Parkway, Sebring, FL 33870.
