Arnold H. Tibbs

ARNOLD H. TIBBS Arnold H. Tibbs, 88, of Sebring, FL, passed away Saturday, November 27, 2010 at Bay Pines, FL. He was born November 7, 1922, to Robert E. and Nona (Mullins) Tibbs in Pikeville, Kentucky, and had been a resident of Sebring since 1981, coming from Frankfort, KY. He was Director of Administrative Services with the State of Kentucky and was a veteran of World War II, serving in the U.S. Army. He enjoyed oil painting and spending time with family and friends. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Laurene W. Tibbs of Sebring; daughter, Ginger (Dean) Keal, Louisville, KY; son, Ronnie Breunig, St. Petersburg, FL and grandchildren, Emily and Patrick Keal. Memorial Services will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 1, 2010, at Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home, Sebring, Rev. Ken Geren officiating.
