It is with great sadness that the family of Anne D. Ockers is reporting her death on February 17, 2026, in Sebring, Florida. Anne was born to Samuel and Laura Kelsall on August 1, 1934, in Quebec City, Quebec, Canada.
Anne is survived by her daughters; Esther Lilley, Ruth Schwinger and Beth Esdale, sons; David Ockers and James Ockers, brother; John Kelsall, sisters; Mary Loud and Betty Mc Mindes and 12 Grandchildren and 15 Great Grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
