Anna E Anglero

Anna E. Anglero passed away on December 3, 2024, in Lakeland, Florida. Born on May 26, 1947, in Brooklyn, NY, Anna was the cherished daughter of the late Manuel and Monserrat Anglero.

Anna’s journey in life took her across the country, most recently settling in Sebring, Florida, where she made her home for the past two and a half years. Before moving to Florida, she resided in Arizona, leaving behind cherished memories and lifelong friendships.

Anna is survived by her loving children: Cathy Sanchez of Florida, Cindy Carabeo of Florida, Hector Torres of Florida, Evelyn Figueredo of Texas, and Ricky Sanchez of North Carolina. She is also survived by a sibling Rafael Anglero as well as nine adoring grandchildren.

A woman of remarkable talents, Anna was an exceptional cook, particularly of Caribbean cuisine. Her passion for cooking inspired her to recreate recipes she saw on cooking shows, delighting her family with her creativity and skill. In addition to her culinary talents, Anna was an avid seamstress who found joy in sewing. She was exceptionally talented in arts & craft and was well known for her holiday handmade gifts. Above all, she embodying qualities of love, acceptance, kindness, and dedication in all that she did.

Anna will be remembered for her generous spirit, her ability to bring people together over a warm meal, and the profound love she gave to everyone around her.  May her memory be a blessing to all who knew her.
