ANN T. KIRWAN Ann T. Kirwan, 79, of Sebring, Florida, passed away Tuesday, October 25, 2011, in New York. She was born June 22, 1932, to Herman and Margaret (Mulholland) Brosi in Queens, New York, and had been a resident of Sebring since 1989, coming from Long Island, New York. She was a Nurses Aide and a member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church in Avon Park; the VFW 4300 Auxiliary in Sebring; the American Legion Auxiliary in Avon Park; the Moose #2256 in Avon Park and Cooties in Lakeland. She is survived by her son, John Kirwan, Centereach, NY; daughters, Cathleen Petronio, Acra, NY and Ann Phillips, Sebring; brother, Edward Brosi, Avon Park; ten grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 4:00 until 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 30, 2011 at Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home in Sebring. A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, October 31, 2011 at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church in Avon Park with Father Nicholas McLoughlin officiating. Entombment at Lakeview Memorial Gardens, Avon Park, will be immediately following the service.
