ANITA MARIE BERGERON Anita Marie Bergeron, 82, of Sebring, Florida, passed away Saturday, September 3, 2011 in Sebring. She was born April 22, 1929 in Woonsocket, Rhode Island, and had been a resident of Highlands County since 1987, coming from North Smithfield, R.I. She was a Nurse and a member of St. Catherine Catholic Church and the United Motorcycling Club in Woonsocket, R.I. She enjoyed volunteering, shopping and spending time with her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Gerald Bergeron and is survived by her son, Robert Bergeron of League City, Texas and daughter, Christina (Robert) Allen of Sebring. Memorial Services will take place at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, September 9, 2011 at St. Catherine Catholic Church with Father Jose Gonzalez officiating. Memorial donations may be made in her memory to Highlands County Humane Society, 7910 Airport Road, Sebring, FL 33876.
