Ana Hilda Rivera

Ana Hilda Rivera, age 88, of Avon Park, FL, passed away Monday, June 28, 2021 in Tampa, FL.  She was born May 18, 1933 in Santurce, Puerto Rico to Francisco and Petra Cepeda Quinones.  Ana worked as a Seamstress and also in environmental services within a hospital.  She attended Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church and has been a resident of Avon Park, FL since 1998, coming from New York.  She is survived by her Children – Esperanza Howard (Leroy) of Avon Park, FL; Anna Edith Dottery (Jerome) of Houston, TX; Roberto Rivera (Sylvia Morales) of New York; Evette Lopez (Jose) of Avon Park, FL; 6 Grandchildren and 9 Great Grandchildren.  She is preceded in death by her Parents; Husband – Roberto Rivera; Sisters – Aida Montanez; Maria Quinones; Brothers – Pedro Quinones; and Raymond Cortez.

Family will begin receiving family and friends beginning at 10:00 AM at the Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home of Avon Park.

Funeral services will be held Monday, July 5, 2021 at 12:00 Noon.

Interment will follow in Bougainvillea Cemetery.
