ALVIN CORBIT GOURLEY Alvin Corbit Gourley, 74, passed away Saturday, January 16, 2010, in Winter Haven, FL. He was born June 9, 1935, in Cincinnati, Ohio, and was as resident of Haines City, Florida, formerly of Sebring. He was a Cosmetology Products Supervisor in Cincinnati and had worked for Wal-Mart in Haines City. He was a regular at Cypress Woods Lanes in Winter Haven and served 1955-63 during Peacetime in the U.S. Air Force. Mr. Gourley is survived by his Wife, Carol Gourley of Haines City; Children, Jeff (Margie) Gourley, Sebring; Bill Davis, Delaware; Lisa Gourley, Sebring and Sue (James) Jones, Haines City; Sister, Beaulah Hosington, Redding, CA; Grandchildren, Christina Gourley; Gabrielle Gourley; Erin Euverard; Shannon Napoli; Meagan Evans and Cohen Davis and four Great-Grandchildren. Graveside services will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 21, 2010 at Lakeview Memorial Gardens, Avon Park, Fl, with Pastor Gary West officiating. Additional Services will be held at 11:15 a.m. on Sunday, January 24, 2010 at First Christian Church of Haines City, FL.
