Alfred Anthony Interval, age 82, of Sebring, Florida, passed away Saturday, October 13, 2012, in Avon Park, FL. He was born July 19, 1930, to James V. and Nina (Bari) Interval in Detroit, Michigan, and had been a resident of Sebring since 2001, coming from Orlando, FL. He had been employed as a Baker and was a veteran of the Korean War, serving in the U.S. Navy. He was of the Catholic faith and enjoyed fishing, playing cards and spending time with his family. He is survived by his wife, Penelope M. (Prescott) Interval of Sebring; daughters, Laura (John) Barrington of Virginia; Robin (Sam) Barna of Pennsylvania, Michelle (Richard) Wiley of Virginia and Patricia Farless of Orlando, FL; brothers, James V. Interval, Jr. of Port Charlotte, FL and Richard Interval of Tennessee; grandchildren, Melissa, Jared, Jason and Kelly and five great-grandchildren. Memorial Services will be held on Friday, October 26, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. at Stephenson-Nelson Chapel, Sebring, with Mike Adams officiating.
