Alan Thomas Leigh

Alan Thomas Leigh, age 62, of Sebring, Florida, passed away on May 18, 2026.

Alan was born on June 27, 1963, in Orlando, Florida, to the late Kenneth Leigh and Nellie Jo Bingham. A lifelong hard worker, he spent most of his years as a handyman, known for his skill, reliability, and willingness to help others. He made his home in Sebring during his later years, where he was a familiar and friendly face in the community.

A social man by nature, Alan never met a stranger. He enjoyed fishing, smoking meats, and cheering on his favorite football teams. Whether sharing a meal, a story, or a laugh, he valued time spent with family and friends above all else.

Alan is survived by his children, Kennith Leigh (Jackie) of Ocala, Florida, and Amanda Leigh of Orlando, Florida; his siblings, Amanda Schutt and Pam Coffee; 11 grandchildren; and 1 great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth Leigh and Nellie Jo Bingham.

Alan will be deeply missed by his loving family and many friends, who will remember him for his work ethic, generous spirit, and love of delicious smoked meat.
