Addie Lou Barefield

Addie Lou Barefield, age 96 passed away Tuesday, March 9, 2010 in Avon Park, Florida. She was born in Geneva County, Alabama to Wallace and Emma Viola (Livingston) Campbell. She was a Homemaker, member of the Life and Praise Ministries in Sebring, Florida and had been a resident of Avon Park since 1945 coming from Alabama. She is survived by her daughters-Betty Cobb of Avon Park, Florida, Peggy Smith (Earl) of Lake City, Florida and Glenda Yancey (Chuck) of Lake Wales, Florida; 16 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren and 12 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, George Earlie Barefield and 2 sons. Visitation will be held Friday, March 12, 2010 from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. (1 hour prior to the funeral service) in the Stephenson-Nelson Funeral Home, funeral services will begin at 10:30 a.m. with Pastor James Patrick Anderson and Kermit Lavon Cobb officiating.
