A. Duane Cruttenden, 88, passed away on Monday, March 25, 2019 in Sebring, Florida. He had been a resident since 1998 coming from Big Flats, NY and was a member of St. Agnes and the Masonic Lodge. He is survived by his wife, Karen Percy, three children, four step-children, one brother and two sisters.
